We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/HR. In this role, you will be responsible for entering data into our construction software, handling all HR tasks, and completing credit card reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into our construction software system.
Assist with various HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
Reconcile credit card statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Provide administrative support to the office team as needed.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently for various tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
